	Concept Design This is the first phase. It can be offered as a stand alone service. We make an initial site visit to discuss your project and study the location and surrounding environment. We then produce a series of mood boards for feedback and discussion of ideas. Next we use CAD software to produce scale models of our ideas and finally we provide you with printed and digital rough renders of our designs. 	Detailed Design After the concept design phase is completed and you are happy with the design we begin the detailed design work. During this Phase we produce detailed renders and drawings of all aspects of the design. We also produce animated walkthroughs to allow you to 'visit' your project before it’s built. This phase involves preparing the final models of your project to include specific hardware and fixtures and shows the materials and finishes to be used along with recommended specifications and suppliers. Our use of 3D modeling software adds value above that of traditional architects and interior designers. 	Interior Design In addition to the above services we also offer an interior design phase which includes the design of bespoke furnishings and finishes. We will provide you with a range of detailed, photorealistic renders to help you visualize the spaces. This can be offered as a stand-alone service. We use state of the art software to allow us to add and experiment with colors, textures and light within your 3D model. We will place furnishings and accessories in the model, this helps you to make important decisions about your environment and any purchases required.
